Old Town Winchester Entertainment and Events
With the newly renovated walking mall the City of Winchester and Old Town Development Board (OTDB) sought to bring exciting events and new faces downtown. With the help of Full Circle Marketing (FCM) they were able to accomplish this. FCM implemented seven first time events during the summer and fall of 2013. The events ranged in variety from a summer concert series to an Oktoberfest-themed beer festival.
